Using the sweepstakes currency model, Novig was available in many states, including several where sports betting was not then legal. But in June 2026, Ludlow Exchange LLC (a Novig subsidiary) obtained a DCM license from the CFTC, and this greenlit Novig’s route to becoming a fully fledged prediction market. Weeks later, the site relaunched, scrapping the old Novig Coins and Novig Cash for real money event contracts.
Though there are still traces of the original P2P trading features in the Novig prediction market, and this is something that makes Novig stand out from the crowd. The parlay building is an excellent addition, although we do have to note that you don’t get as much freedom at OG.com – not all markets can be combined into single trades.
Then, this platform also rolls out daily trade and boost campaigns, and has a recurring free to enter Perfect Picks challenge. Betting rewards are rife at OG, although you have to stay sharp because a lot are short-lived. This has the same exciting feel as Novig, and while it may not offer as many niche markets and have some parlay restrictions, OG comes highly recommended as an alternative to Novig.

ProphetX is perhaps the closest to Novig as it has a very similar story. The trading fee is divided into commission on straight trades and a variable fee for parlays. It has a 2% trading fee on net gains per market for straight trades, but for parlays you get a variable fee (minimum 0.004 per contract).
